L. Bryan williams, president, joined csi in 1982
Williams has a Bachelor’s degree in financial risk management from The University of Evansville. He earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance, AAI, from the Insurance Institute of America, and holds the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, CPCU, from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. Williams is active in local civic affairs and is involved in the following organizations: member of Fairfield (Masonic) Lodge #206 of AF & AM; member, past Trustee, and past Exalted Ruler of Fairfield (Elks) Lodge #1631 BPOE; member, past president, and past secretary/treasurer of Wayne County Shrine Club; member of Scottish Rite Body of Southern Illinois; member of Ainad Shrine Temple; member and past Trustee of First United Methodist Church of Fairfield; member and past president of Fairfield Area Development Commission; Trustee of Fairfield Community Industrial Trust; Member of the Fairfield Police Pension Board; Past Trustee of Grover Township, President of the board of Career Development Center, member of the board of Fairfield National Bank.
Henry simmers, vp of sales & marketing, joined csi in 2015.
Simmers graduated from Eastern Illinois University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Simmers holds the designation, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist from The National Underwriter Company. He is active in Fairfield Lions Club and the Fairfield (Elks) Lodge #1631 BPOE. He is also an active member of Fairfield Memorial Hospital Foundation Board and the St. Edward Catholic Church of Fairfield. Simmers is a Captain in the Illinois Army National Guard. He also is an assistant football coach at Fairfield Community High School.
Adam schoenborn, Insurance Agent, joined csi in 2025.
Schoenborn graduated from Southern Illinois University, with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is active in the Fairfield (Elks) Lodge #1631 BPOE. He is also an active member of The Journey church in Fairfield. He joined CSI after working as the Parts Manager at Carter Turf and Tractor in Fairfield. Schoenborn resides in Barnhill with his wife Taleigh, and his children, Jack, Adleigh, and Lexi.
joni austin, commercial lines account manager, has been with csi since 1986.
Joni has worked in personal lines and has been a commercial account manager since 2002. Austin is member and past president of Gamma Chi Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority, ESA, and has been the Illinois ESA president.
loretta enochs, commercial lines account manager, has been with csi since 2013.
Loretta has worked in the insurance business since 2007. Loretta moved to Illinois from Florida in 2007 where she worked in advertising and marketing for 21 years.
Samantha Stanley has been with CSI since 2023.
Samantha Stanley joined CSI in 2023. She came to CSI after working in healthcare for Fairfield Memorial Hospital at the Carmi Clinic. Prior to that, she was in customer service at Fairfield National Bank. She has an Associate’s Degree in Science from Olney Central College. Sam resides in Fairfield with her daughter Charlie.
Jacque Pack joined csi in february 2023.
Jacque Pack joined CSI in February of 2023. Jacque was born in Fairfield, but spent much of her adult life away. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Midway University in Kentucky. She returned to Fairfield in 2023 and resides in town with her children, Joey and Katie, and her pets Elvis and Dakota.
